We have now sat down together as a group and worked out when we all have free periods so that we can find out where each person is and if they are free if we plan on filming at any point in the day.
We then sat down and wrote on the specific times we were all free after school and added this onto the bottom of each of our timetables. This way we can organise when we are all free to let our actors know and communicate with them easily to be able to rehearse what we need to when we want to,
We have since created another timetable which incorporates the availability of us, our actors and performers. This will help us figure out the best time to film with our actors and performers and means organising filming is easier.
